Reinstalling windows or other methods didn't helped, so it's something he installs everytime. Here I attached PC info so guys, check it and I look foward for response. It appears that the Windows installation is still using the pre-activation key after seven months. Does your friend have genuine Windows installed? Have your friend make sure Windows is activated. Also, ask your friend to download and run the MGA Diag Tool. When it finishes, hit the copy button, and paste in your next post with [code]<MGADiag info>[/code] surrounding the MGADiag info.
