BSOD Caused by hal.dll+12a3b - Windows 7 x64

Lately my laptop is crushing every 1 or 2 hours,I did run a blue screen check and I found out that it's because hal.dll + 12a3b error.Thanks

0x124 is an uncorrectable hardware error, which in this case is a consistent Translation Lookaside Buffer error.
It's most likely a bad processor. Given the consistency of the error, and no other bugchecks.

Is your laptop still under warranty?

I would recommend getting your laptop looked at, it looks like a bad CPU.
