Also Couldn't seem to get the perflog report to come up, it gave me an error about administrator not allowing it even though I opened command prompt as an admin.

Ran SFC fix, here are the details on what it couldn't automatically fix.

Just to add in since I noticed there is a section for the SFC, I am getting blue screen of death as well. Happens mainly during videogames or when I'm running videos at double speed. It started yesterday while playing a new game.

Could you please zip and upload any Kernel Memory dumps to a file sharing site like Dropbox?

The file(s) will stored here:

Code:
C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

I think I may have ran another program that deleted it. I know the last time ti crashed it said [h=1]Error 0x0000003b[/h]

AFAIK, BSV doesn't delete crash dumps considering it displays basic bug check information.

Did you run anything like CCleaner or similar? Those delete crash dumps by default.

I did, I ran CCleaner afterwards. Well it hasn't crashed today so far after using SFC yesterday, if it crashes today I'll get the data from BSV and post it back on here.
