Get BSOD the past few days and they have all happen around the same time each day. thought maybe was gpu drivers but still happens even after updated gpu driver. any help would be great. thank you. Not sure why but was not able to run PERFMON. Every time I try I get not responding. I added the other report from you tool.View attachment 19383

OS: Windows 7 Pro 64 bit
came installed.
custom computer that I got in 9/12.
re-installed the OS just over 1 year ago. had no issues till a few days ago.

CPU: AMD FX 8350
Video Card: MSI GTX 960
MotherBoard: MSI 990FXA-GD80
Power Supply: NZXT HALE90 750W
Case: NZXT Phantom 410

System Manufacturer: custom desktop computer

Hi. . .

Don't worry about PERFMON for now.

The 2 dumps were of little help as they named the Windows NT kernel as the probable cause. It is merely a default.

See if Driver Verifier flags any 3rd party drivers - https://www.sysnative.com/forums/bs...er-bsod-related-windows-10-8-1-8-7-vista.html

thank you for reply & sorry for delay. found some issue with my gpu drivers. I uninstalled all NVIDIA video drivers and than did clean install of the newest NVIDIA video drivers. Also updated other motherboard drivers that need update. hope this will have fixed the issue. will keep posted.

That's good news.

Thank you for posting back with updated info - much appreciated.

Hi smv1973,

Unfortunately, the new minidump file from today isn't telling us anything new, as it also blames ntkrnlmp.exe. The bugcheck is back to 0x3B as well.

I would suggest returning to jcgriff2's original suggestion of running Verifier for a while.

I was told by a friend to check the RAM. Do you think could be the RAM? The RAM sticks I have in are over 3 years old not far off from being 4 years old.

I would suggest the following.

1. Ensure drivers and firmware are the latest.
2. Windows Updates
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2775511
This article describes a hotfix rollup for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)-based and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1-based computers. This hotfix rollup contains 90 hotfixes that were released after the release of SP1 for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2. These hotfixes improve the overall performance and system reliability of Windows 7 SP1-based and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1-based computers. We recommend that you apply this hotfix rollup as part of your regular maintenance routine and build processes for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 computers.
3. Loop memory diagnostics overnight
4. If that passes proceed to jcgriff2 recommendation for verifier.

Hi smv1973 (and all). :smile9:
Are you running MS security essentials, MBAM PRO, Spyhunter (paid version), simultaneously?
What antivirus/antimalware/antispyware and firewall are you using?
Did you check what scheduled tasks should start (or are already started) at that time?

yes i have MS security essentials, MBAM PRO & paid version of Spyhunter. I have had and used these programs together for long time now. Have never had any issues with them in the past. made sure that scheduled tasks do not over lap. In the past i used to use Nortons internet security but had issues with it casing BSOD so i stopped use of it and removed it. that was a few year ago now. I use the widows firewall.

On a side not have not had any crashes yesterday(3/9) or today(3/10).

Please try to update the Nvidia display drivers again, there are a few updates
