BSOD and low performance.

Hi, i'm having troubles with my system after getting a irql_not_less_or_equal BSOD, it only happened once while i was using Chrome. After computer restarted from this BSOD, i had only 4GB of RAM usable from my 8GB of RAM installed, i fixed it by changing RAM to different slots.
My computer overall performance seems to have been decreased, and i can notice FPS drops followed by a crackling sound when playing demanding games (like BF4).

I have tried some fixes like unplugging all USB devices from my computer and reboot and made a clean install of latest AMD drivers for my graphics card. Also updated my LAN and Sound drivers.
I have also run a Driver Verifier test and HERE you can find the .dmp file it created.

System stats:

SO: Windows 10 Pro X64
MB: ASUS M5A88-M
CPU: AMD FX 8350 @4.0GhZ
RAM: Dual Channel 2x4GB G.Skill DDR3 RAM
GPU: ASUS R9 280X
PSU: Antec Earthwatts 750W

Hope someone can help me out, thanks in advance.

Since you already did a regular one, you could try doing a full uninstall of your graphics drivers and install them again. Download a copy of your latest GPU drivers, then download the DDU utility from here, reboot into Safe Mode, run DDU, follow the "highly recommended" steps in the uninstaller, restart again, and install the latest GPU drivers.

Also, did you 'Upgrade' to Windows 10, or do a fresh install? Please complete all steps in the "Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions" thread, as it can make troubleshooting the issue a lot easier.

I would also suggest that if your memory is no longer working in certain slots on your motherboard, it may be that your motherboard is failing. The performance degradation could be a result of moving your memory modules from the blue DIMM sockets on your motherboard to the black ones. From your motherboard's user guide (heading 2.4.2, page 2-11): "We recommend that you install the memory modules from the blue slots".

Hi Xer, thank you for taking time helping me!.

Regarding my graphics card driver, i actually did a clean install using DDU in safe mode, as i always do. I also did a Memtest with Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool and it didn't found any errors.
As for windows 10, its a fresh install from a CD, i keep it up-to-date also.
I will check if i have my ram installed on the blue sockets and i'll post back, also, look at my first post for the SysnativeFileCollectionApp + perfmon results, i hope that helps!.

EDIT: it seems that i cant edit my first message for some reason, so i upload them here:

When you installed your GPU drivers again, did you install with or without the Catalyst Suite? If you kept the Suite, it would be worthwhile to remove everything again and try an installation that only installs the drivers.

As for the crackling audio, I would try installing LatencyMon and look at the causes for highest pagefaults, highest DPC routine execution time, etc. I'm guessing it's likely to return the same atikmpag/atikmdag drivers, but it's worth looking into.

And with regards to hardware testing, what components do you have available to test with? Do you have an extra power supply you could try switching in, an extra GPU, etc? After you originally encountered the issue with that specific DIMM socket, did you try resetting the board's CMOS? Is that port still seemingly dead?
