was referred to you by bleepingcomputer, the malware guy has gone thru everything he can think of with me for this problem.....bsod and kernal security check error! we have been working on this for 2 weeks, just when we think it is resolved...boom...happens again.
I am an oldie, so have patience.....my computer HP desktop 750-055, windows 10 pro,
my internet also keeps dropping (had provider put in mesh also), computer is updated with microsoft. randomly the bsod keeps coming up, doesnt matter what I'm doing, hear a buzz then boom...out it goes....
would you happen to have any ideas whats causing this random problem? never had this problem until about a year ago when I had a new hard drive put in (ssd), computer worked well for months, then about 3 months ago, started these shenanigans....fed up....
