BSOD after Hibernate resume Driver_Power_State_Failure

Tried to figure out using winDbg, the only answer I got it's caused by ACPI.sys
I tried disabling Fast Startup just in case and it still would BSOD on hibernate.

The only thing related I found is from reddit thread from 4 years ago that might be related. I have a secondary 2TB Samsung PRO 980 installed
Sleep works without issues.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

I should add.
It happens right after the windows logo finishes spinning and it transfers to logon.
The screen becomes blank and it hangs for a minute before BSOD is displayed.
 
Run those above updates. Same issue on resume hibernate.

I think it's probably the way Dell does their BIOS or schematics for the motherboard.

It's probably unfixable. I'm going to try remove that ssd on next weekend to see if issues persist. If it doesn't we'll know for certain that reddit thread was correct.

Thx. Unfortunately, I can't find the correct driver. Run Driver Verifier (enter verifier at the bottom of the search engine), select "Create custom settings (for code developers)", select all options marked as Standard and also select "Force pending I/O requests" and "IRP Logging", in in the next window, select the "Select driver names from a list" option and select all drivers that do not come from Microsoft (the only exception are drivers with the "_dump" prefix in the name). Accept the changes and restart your computer
 
Why do you have a number of devices disabled? I can see that you've disabled your network card for some reason? Does the issue occur in Safe Mode?

3 of them are VirtualBox Virtual NICs I'm not using anymore.
I disabled the LAN as I was connecting to my router over wifi to configure it, I was on separate LAN connection at that time that had same IP space.
So I just disabled it when configuring it and never switched it back on. It wouldn't cause a crash though.
I can enable all of them back if you want.
 
I know, I just wanted to make sure you disabled them because you wanted to rather than because they were causing some kind of other issue. Does BSOD occur within Safe Mode?
 
Happens in Safe Mode As well. Tried removing the Samsung drive according to reddit theory, no go.
Going to try recheck all Windows files. If it doesn't help I'll just leave it as is. It boots up pretty fast anyways.
 
If the issue occurs in Safe Mode as well, then you can check which drivers are being loaded by using the following command:

You can then check wherever there are any third-party drivers being loaded otherwise the issue is possibly related to the motherboard.
