BSOD "A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocate

Hi all!

This error happens round three times a month. "A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval"
I've attached the files as requested. Many thanks guys and gals. :)


· OS - Windows 8.1, 8, 7, Vista?: W7 SP1
· x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? 64
· What was original installed OS on system?: W7
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? OEM
· Age of system (hardware) 3 years (approx.)
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? 3 years (approx.)
· CPU: i7 930
· Video Card: Quadeo K2000D Quad PCI Express x16
· MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop): ASUS P6T7 WS SuperComputer
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one): Unknown
· System Manufacturer: PCSpecialist
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) Unknown
· Laptop or Desktop?: Desktop

We'll need a Kernel memory dump for 0x101s as the cause is on a different processor, which isn't available to see with minidumps as the only processor that you can look at is the one which called the bugcheck, usually processor #0 as it is never asleep.

Go the Start
Right click My Computer
Select Properties
Click Advanced system settings
Click on the Advanced tab
Select Settings under Startup and Recovery
Then under Write debugging information select Kernel memory dump.

Once a dump is created go to:
C:/Windows/memory.dmp
Copy the file to the desktop, zip it up and upload it to a file sharing site like Onedrive. After the upload is done post the download link in your next reply.

Unfortunately the dump file is corrupt, we'll need a new one when your computer next crashes.
