BSOD 0xc00021a at early stage, no safe mode (also BSOD) DISM Error 4448

Hi,

i come across here due to some [SOLVED] DISM Error 4448 entries

I've a Windows 10 22H2 system with BOSD at early stage, not booting anymore at all, safe modes also with BSOD.

i can boot from Windows install USB or my WinPE stick

first i found the 0xc00021a hidparse.sys error but that wasn't it :-(

i've tried (from WinPE)

chkdsk c: /offlinescanandfix /x
chkdsk c: /f /sdcleanup /x
chkdsk c: /scan /f /x

Dism /image:C:\ /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
sfc /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\Windows /scannow /OFFLOGFILE=y:\jens\sfc_log.txt
Dism /image:C:\ /cleanup-image /restorehealth


Checkdisk was allways error free

Dism /image:C:\ /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

completed with 100%

but

Dism /image:C:\ /cleanup-image /restorehealth

fails first at
[========== 17.7% ]
Fehler: 4448

but now
[========== 18.2% ]
Fehler: 4448

as i'm not able to boot, the nice tools here like sfcfix do not work for me.

for now i'm running out of ideas, if someone knows anything i could do i'll be happy

The System was installed around 2018, i've replaced the Mainboard / CPU / RAM and created a clone from the Windows SSD to rule out any hardware problems.

Unfortunately, if you're unable to boot into Safe Mode then there isn't much anyone can do. Did these issues occur before or after cloning the disk?

Can you boot and run a Linux distro - most of these will run off the USB drive without needing installation? If that fails too then it's definitely hardware.
