Hello, my windows crashed 3 times in past few days, i got this error on the bluescreen 0x0000003b and this is not the first time, even after re installing windows many times, it's still crashing, possibly it could be a hardware defect i'm not an expert. it's showing the bug is caused by windows driver "ntoskrnl.exe" in blue screen viewer app. i haven't run any memory or hdd diagnosis yet to spare that time by making sure whether it's not a driver issue first. please correct me if i'm mistaken i'm learning to fix this with your help. i uploaded 3 minidump files in a zip file to my skydrive as well as Autoruns+Windows7_Vista_jcgriff2 report in the attachments. thank you in advance

One thing I see that has been found to cause issues recently is taphss.sys Tue Sep 15 15:58:23 2009 It's a driver for hotspot shield.
Uninstall HotSpot Shield to test.

Couple more drivers that are older and could stand updating

I used to have Hotspot shield and i removed it months ago. I guess the driver is still there even after uninstalling it. perhaps the rest of the app drivers package is still there though, how do you suggest removing it ? thanks!
