Hi. . .

Update your ATI video driver -
Code:
[font=lucida console]atikmpag.sys Wed Nov 04 16:16:43 2015 (563A75BB)[/font]
Driver Reference Table - atipmdag.sys

Update your ATI HD Audio driver -
Code:
[font=lucida console]AtihdWT6.sys Mon May 25 21:21:51 2015 (5563CAAF)[/font]
Driver Reference Table - AtihdWT6.sys

Update Broadcom wifi driver -
Code:
[font=lucida console]bcmwl63a.sys Fri Oct 31 15:18:04 2014 (5453E06C)[/font]
Driver Reference Table - bcmwl63a.sys

Update your Atheros Ethernet driver -
Code:
[font=lucida console]L1C63x64.sys Sun Mar 31 23:15:17 2013 (5158FBC5)[/font]
Driver Reference Table - L1C63x64.sys

I see that you are using Broadcom wifi to access the Internet. However, the Ethernet driver still loads into RAM thus making it a potential suspect in the BSODs.

As far as the energy report is concerned - it appears that you need a new battery and a BIOS update, if one is available. Check your system manufacturer's support site for the BIOS update.

Your current BIOS:
Code:
[font=lucida console]BIOS Version:              INSYDE 2.40, 11/9/2011[/font]

For a Windows 10 system, it should be updated if at all possible.

I was unable to find your exact model number (l650-psk1je) at Toshiba Support - http://support.toshiba.com/support/modelHome?freeText=2920095

Regards. . .

Hello,

It looks to be a display driver issue. Did you notice if these problems started happening after upgrading to Windows 10? It's not uncommon to have driver issues occur after an OS upgrade.

Here's the most recent BSOD, caused by atikmpag.sys:
Code:

Try uninstalling your current video driver, as well as the Catalyst Suite. Then install this one, and during the installation process select "Custom" instead of "Typical", or "Express", and opt not to install the Catalyst suite.

Thank you guys,

I applied your suggestions, of course nothing will appear right away. I have to wait to either crash or not.
this model is from outside the US (Israel) - Discontinued
Toshiba Laptop Support homepage - Toshiba
I have the latest BIOS update, I don't why it's asking for update where there's not such an update.
btw memtest and hard disk test show no errors!

I was thinking to clear all error and BSOD logs. Is it a good idea or bad?

I usually use CCleaner to erase all crash logs and temp files? I was asking if this is safe to do ?

I don't understand what you mean by "crash logs". What are they & where are they located?

When using CCleaner, uncheck the box for BSOD dump files.

While it is technically "safe" to do, I would recommend against it. Like John said, it's best to uncheck this option when running CCleaner (or just not run CCleaner at all, but that's a whole separate debate). By deleting logs, all you're doing is regaining a (generally) very small amount of disk space, so it's almost always better just to keep that data around in case its useful in future troubleshooting efforts.
