Bluetooth Issues

I lost connectivity to my Bluetooth devices a while back and have been fighting to get it back. I have completely removed the bluetooth radio and reinstalled it with the lasted drivers from Dell. I am able to pair devices but cannot control them. When I click on Control in the right click menu for a device I get the dialog box in the attached file.
I have run the SFCfix and the results are attached.
Also attached is a copy of my CBS folder (will not upload)

I understand this is generic advice, but have you tried the following MS troubleshooting link - Troubleshoot problems with Bluetooth enabled devices

How large is your CBS folder?
