Bluetooth earphone drivers win7

Why couldn't they install? Any error code or message?

I just got a bluetooth speaker on Saturday and I'm using it on a Win 7 laptop. (I did not need to do a thing with installing drivers).
Open Sound in the Control Panel and on the playback tab, do you see the earphones? If so, set it as the default device to get sound through the headphones.
