[SOLVED] bluetooth card and drivers

I have window 7 premium family edition on my HP Probook 4530s notbook
i lost my bluetooth device and there driver and icone and bluetooth enumeratore.
when i run sfc /scannow there is no problem and no violations
when running sfcfix there is no proble ms too
i am lost % % % %

I downloaded them as a zip file (bt-8.0.1.305-win7881). Then I extracted it but I do not know what to do next.
