Hello Sysnative, a friend of mine pointed me towards this forum, saying that u could figure out what is wrong with my computer as u have helped him heaps with his problem. I've been getting bluescreens for about a week now. First mostly when gaming now also when I watch a movie or whenever it is on for a few hours.

I tried reinstalling windows, as I always do whenever I've problems with my computer but it didnt help this time.

Soo. For some reason the program i have to run, the Sysnative Bluescreen File Collection does not work. If i run it as administrator it just freezes after 2minutes at "Waiting for Systeminfo". ( http://puu.sh/gWDKI/e9c5d6ecc8.png ) Not sure, if that is due to my pc not saving minidumps? I googled and some people say this might be due to the Os being installed on the SSD. (?)

In addition, I tried reading the dumps via bluescreenview but it didnt work either. If there is anything I can do to get those and u need those, I will try it.

i googled a bit more and i might have found something useful:
0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff880103cb7ac, 0xfffff88008afc490, 0x0000000000000000)

0x0000010e (0x000000000000001f, 0xfffff8a00f2eaac0, 0x0000000000000000, 0x00000000000d6f76)

0x0000000a (0x0000000000d8000d, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000001, 0xfffff80002eaa486).

those are the last few error codes that I got. There are always two errors in the event viewer when there is a bluescreen ( http://puu.sh/gWLHR/4a44ccf57a.png ) the first one says: wasnt able to produce a copy of the dump files (might not be the perfect translation, sorry.)

(couldnt edit the post for some reason, sorry!)

re: Bluescreen mostly while watching movies & gaming - Windows 7 x64

There doesn't seem to be any dump files within your folder, could you please ensure you followed these instructions - https://www.sysnative.com/forums/bs...ng-instructions-windows-10-8-1-8-7-vista.html

I've noticed that you mentioned about the dump files not being produced, do you know if this has affected the earlier possible dumps?

I would suggest having a look at these possible reasons for why no dump files are being produced - https://www.sysnative.com/forums/bsod-crashes-kernel-debugging/9599-bsods-but-no-dump-files.html

Lastly, there is a 15 minute grace editing period when a post has been published.

Thank you for ur reply!

I followed the instructions in ur first link in my first post (except the 1 & 2 because I just wouldnt finish). However, I seem to have one file from the sysnative collection app. (attached)

I also downloaded the programm explained in ur 2nd link. The result is also attached.

Thank you for your help again!

edit: no, sadly I do not know if previous dumps affected this.

Good mornig Sysnative,
I seem to be too stupid to edit my posts after a few hours so I will just write an update here.

So, I switched on my computer this morning, went through all my websites that I check daily (and of course this thread) and then my computer freezes and I get a bluescreen again. However now, I'm not even able to start it normally again. It will show me my motherboard, but I can't go into BIOS and then my monitor just disconnects (the LED is just blinking like the pc is off). My mouse's LEDs are still blinking though.

Afterwards i just tried to see if everything is still in place in my computer, checked all cables on the motherboard again. Now my pc will go to booting windows and will then freeze or whatever it does.

Not sure, maybe this will help or something.

Thank you
