The bottom portion states net framework is corrupted and amd64 is mismatched. I have tried completely uninstalling the amd drivers via display driver unistaller to no avail. I ran memtest for twelve hours with no errors, I probably should have let it run course for twenty four hours.

BSOD erros I have recieved: Critical Structure Corruption, Clock Watchdog Timeout.

How many passes of MemTest86 did you allow? You have 32GB RAM so it can take a considerable time to run completely. Do you have another graphics card or an integrated graphics card you're able to switch to?

Currently I do not, but when I had my MSI 390x, I encountered the same black screens and the driver failing. I let it achieve three passes. I can run Memtest over the weekend if necessary. My bios on my motherboard is up to date as well.

The reason for asking is because this seems like either an graphics card issue or an issue with the slot which the card is connected to.

I tried two pciex16 slots and received the same results. I assumed it is the gpu as well. cpu and ram seem fine. I have tried installing radeon drivers after using DDU to remove them without the ethernet connected.

It's most likely the card itself unfortunately. The addition of black screens certainly adds to the evidence of this being the case.

This was my suspicion, because when I switched motherboards the problem persisted. I will definitely upgrade the card in the future. I appreciate your time and input.
