Download and unzip the attached file, then open device manager, go to your wireless adapter properties and manually update the driver using the unzipped folder. You should uninstall/remove/clean/delete the "crack" related to MS products. If you shouldn't be aware/conscious of the "crack", download and run Microsoft Safety Scanner Download - Windows security. If instead you should be aware/conscious of it, you should also be aware that in public (and serious) forums it isn't allowed to help (nor trying to help ) someone who activated software with cracks (or similar tools, however they are called). After you removed the crack, I suggest you also an offline full scan with an antivirus "rescue disk". As an example, kaspersky rescue disk (it is free). It is better to download and create the kaspersky rescue disk on a clean PC: Read More: Get an empty USB drive, at least 1GB in size. Download rufus: https://github.com/pbatard/rufus/releases/download/v3.13/rufus-3.13p.exe. Download Kaspersky rescue disk (krd.iso): https://rescuedisk.s.kaspersky-labs.com/updatable/2018/krd.iso. Open rufus. Select the USB drive. Click Select and find the Kaspersky Rescue Disk image (krd.iso). Select the MBR partition scheme and BIOS or UEFI target system. Select the FAT32 file system. Click Start. It will ask you to download grub-2.02\core.img: let it download that file. Select Write in ISO Image mode (Recommended) and click Ok. It will warn you: "WARNING: ALL DATA ON DEVICE 'USB DISK (H:) [x.xGB]' WILL BE DESTROYED." Click Ok. It completed in 5-6 minutes, on my PC. You now have the kaspersky rescue disk available on your USB drive. Insert the rescue disk in your pc Turn the pc on. Choose the USB drive from the boot menu: Get access to BIOS settings & Boot Menu: F-keys/Hotkeys by System Manufacturer (OEM). Kaspersky rescue disk should start. Open Kaspersky and update the definitions. Start a full scan (it could take hours). Report its results here (just for curiosity), then remove the malicious files it could have found.

Then, once verified the cracks are gone, one of us will gladly proceed to get you the guidance you seek.
