Blue tooth software installation

I’m having Windows 10 operating system. To transfer the data from mobile to PC, I was unable to install Blue Tooth software. It said that .NET Framework version installation should be Above 2.0 version. I downloaded and tried to install 4.5 version but failed. It said that my system is already having latest version. Please provide me step by step guidance in the matter.

Mine is a Desktop PC having Processor - Intel (R) Premium (R) D CPU 3.40 GHz, RAM - 2.00 GB, WI-FI connected internet.
BlueTooth software I tried to install is blueftp_setup.exe
I got following message,
Bluetooth OBEX file Transfer cannot be installed on system with .NET Framework version smaller than 2.00.
When I tried to install higher version (say. 4.5) of .NET Framework, I got message that my system is already having latest version.
I've no idea of any BT dongle in my system.

Sadly, that is still not enough information for us to determine the model of your computer or motherboard, and more importantly, if they support BT.

It must be understood that there must be a dongle (a separate BT transceiver like these) connected to your computer (typically via a USB port), or there must be an integrated BT transceiver with your motherboard. Without the BT "hardware" dongle/adapter, installing BT "software" serves no purpose. This may be why your BT software installation is failing; the software cannot fan a BT transceiver connected to or integrated with your computer.
