Re: Blue screen when playing dota only.

help. i can't run the perfmon system health report. it says "an error occure while attempting to generate the report. the operator or administrator has refused the request".

Re: Blue screen when playing dota only.

It's a bug that we're working on, just leave the perfmon report and upload everything else.

Error code: (NTSTATUS) 0xc000009a (3221225626) - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.

The display driver failed to respond within the given time interval because there wasn't enough memory left to complete the operation.
This is either a display driver issue or a graphics card failure. I recommend changing display driver versions, to even beta ones.

Wininit terminated for some reason, most likely a disk error.
Could we get a Kernel memory dump for this?

Go the Start
Right click My Computer
Select Properties
Click Advanced system settings
Click on the Advanced tab
Select Settings under Startup and Recovery
Then under Write debugging information select Kernel memory dump.

Once a dump is created go to:
C:/Windows/memory.dmp
Copy the file to the desktop, zip it up and upload it to a file sharing site like Onedrive. After the upload is done post the download link in your next reply.

is there any recommended driver that i can use for graphic? my gpu is nvidia geforce 560m. i'm uploading the dump file and it will take some time because my internet is not really good.

No, you'll just have to keep trying different ones.

No problem, take your time.
