The cause is a USB device, although it is very difficult to say which one, I don't like doing guess work and just unplugging every device; so lets see if we can find any information out.
This is only a minidump, to find the cause, we'll need a better dump.
If so, can you change your settings to a Complete Memory Dump by doing the following:

Go the Start
Right click My Computer
Select Properties
Click Advanced system settings
Click on the Advanced tab
Select Settings under Startup and Recovery
Then under Write debugging information select Complete memory dump.

Once a dump is created go to:

Code:
C:\Windows\memory.dmp

Copy the file to the desktop, zip it up and upload it to a file sharing site like Onedrive. After the upload is done post the download link in your next reply.

Thanks for your quick reply but I cant see complete memory dump in the options... These are the options there...Screenshot 2015-02-01 09.41.47.png

If you are running Windows 7 and you have more than 2GB of RAM, the complete memory dump option will be unavailable from the user interface I showed.
Instead, you'll need to edit the option in the registry.

Go to start, type in regedit.exe
Then navigate to this registry key.

Code:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CrashControl

Then change the crash dump enabled registry key value to 1.
Restart and you should have the Complete Memory Dump option selected in the user interface.

Thanks alot for your assistance.. have done it and I've got the complete dump option now but there has not been any crash yet so once any occurs, will post it immediately...
