Hi Folks

I recently replaced a standard SATA HDD in my PC to an SSD and reinstalled Win7 32 bit onto the drive.

Since installing I have had issues with Blue Screens and/or the system would just freeze IN some cases If I were watching a video, the video would continue to play but nothing else was responsive. This has only begun since I installed the SSD.

Attached are the two files for reports as required (perfmon and SysnativeFileCollectionApp).

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Regards
Ivan

Note that if your system is crashing, it's not creating .dmp files. You will want to make sure to read/follow this to get your system to create .dmp files for analysis.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry but I don't understand how I get the dump files you require?? I read the info at the link you provided but did not understand. Thanks for further assistance.
