blue screen iqrl not less or equal - Windows 7 x64

recently I've been having this problem playing games or doing anything on my computer and it will crash and come up with a blue screen and a text error saying i q r l not less or equal I've read loads of threads and how it's to do withdmp files and dump files and I don't know what to do can someone help?
Operating system win 7
64bit
I changed operating system 1 week ago to see if the error would disappear.
About 4 - 5 yrs old
NVidia
Radeon 7770
MotherBoard - asus
Power Supply - 350w
Desktop.
