Well the one Verifier-enabled crashdump was alerting that the system was trying to enter hibernate but the hibernate file was too small compared to the amount of memory used. You can either disable hibernate on your system or grow the file then try Driver Verifier again. You can do so by the instructions given here. However, what this does mean though is that something is probably leaking memory on your system, since memory shouldn't really be tapping out up to 75% unless you're running something relatively memory intensive at the time.

Hi -

RAM is listed as 4 GB.

Hibernation file should be about 75% of installed RAM -- approx 3.2 GB in your case.

Please run the following.

Bring up an elevated Admin CMD prompt -
START | type cmd.exe | RIGHT-click on cmd.exe | "Run as Administrator" | Paste -
Code:
dir /a c:\hiberfil.sys > 0 & start notepad 0

A Notepad will open with the results.

Paste contents into next post or attach the text file.

Regards. . .

Hello ,

Thanks for the reply. Did that.

Was this the initial error? Does it have to do anything with the drivers not equal or less?

Cheers.

If you want, you can turn on Driver Verifier and see if that triggers any BSODs with crashdumps of value for us.

Honestly, though, your best bet is to go to the Toshiba website and download every driver, firmware and BIOS update available for your system and cross fingers to see if that'll fix your problem. There is really no excuse for why your system is BSODing immediately at purchase, as almost always that just means the system is defective and should be sent for replacement.

DV was enabled, but it didn't catch anything. Again, most likely a hardware issue. Go ahead and put that warranty to use and get a replacement.

the note pad that came out is:
