hello, lately...this past week i've started seeing this new dell insperon LT gets a blue page which offers a fresh reinstall of win10 or a simple restart attempt. 4 times now this week i've survived this crash. it has also started very slow activities such as start up and browsing. i've ran malwarebytes premium and windows defender both come up empty though. hoping someone can help thanks!

now i find i have no bluetooth! my headset was working but since the last crash it's not on my pc. my logi mouse wireless works but that's all. i tried system restore but nothing.

i thought i'd add all this as it might give someone in the know a headsup. well i never know how it started or why or how things happen. this started last week when i bought a new headset. skullcandy cassette wireless bluetooth model. i paired it with this dell and everything problem as it was no longer paired and sounded dead. i try to pair it again just to find i can't because??? something had knocked bluetooth clean off my dell. i had all but given up on a decent easy solution. and i decided well i'll just go on alone and thought if it's malware i'll get it in malwarebytes. then today i get the msg from xrob on posting here. with my other broke headset no good i thought well i'll use the 3.5mm wire that came with the hs to get a wired connection. that's when i get another BSOD. as i attempt to restart i thought ok where do i go now. the odd thing is once back on i find bluetooth is back on my dell! i couldn't get it paired but was worried to try to hard. i did as xrob said to and once again have hope this new dell isn't an LT from he...

am i missing something i was suppose to do or did i do something wrong? just wondering if i erred somehow.

ok now i see i didn't post the other info,,,sorry...

well i didn't see the rest of the instructions...i guess after being lost in creating the zip, once i posted it i assumed i was through. now nothing will open like settings. it tries but then closes. i did after many attempts got the dell support assist to open and scan for faults and made a report to show hoping it helps. i'll try to finish the instructions as it lets me.

thanks xrob, i know y'all can only handle in the order they come in i was more worried i had missed something

just listing things here this dell is doing that is odd, it may mean something to you guys, first it's running way too slow and slower, like almost 2 minutes to open task mgr., task mgr has an icon looks like a pc tower as other devices with a ? mark on it, i expand it and same thing but with a caution sign on it. audio was popping, hissing for awhile but just stopped doing that.at times clicking on an item did nothing . i'll post more as they happen.

well everything has smoothed out and has been running much better. much. then just now i started this pc and don't know if it was an actual BSOD, but it said windows didn't start and to restart. i chose to restart and it has taken every bit of 15 minutes to do so and get here. it's the first time it's happened since i first started posting.

thank you xrob...may i ask after the tasks performed was my issue resolved or thought to be? it was def running better the last several days.
