Thanks again jcgriff2

I understand your team is very busy so thanks for your efforts we all do appreciate it .which is very worthy of a donation
I posted yesterday a "windows update error 800F0900 " i could nto attached the CBS file you require me to provide. I tried 5 times and the file would say uploading and complete the upload bu not the appear in the attachment

any idea ?

Hi Richard,

AFAIK, we do not allow attachments that are not in a .ZIP, .RAR, etc. Have you tried zipping the CBS log first, and then attaching said zip?

Regards,

Patrick

Yes Patrick i tried this several times wit no job

detials of the file are CBS zip folder 13mb

if you have nay logs you can see i have attempted to upload this to your site
the progress bar said 100% then displayed nothing - i successfully uploaded the blue screen death file yesterday around the same time

It may be due to the fact that the zip is 13MB's in size. You don't have to attach it here either, you can upload it 3rd party - Onedrive, Dropbox, Mediafire, etc.

Regards,

Patrick
