Black Screen without cursor WINDOWS SERVER 2012 R2

I have a problem with the server DELL POWER EDGE T620 With WINDOWS SERVER 2012 R2 , after a restart the windows logo is displayed after that a black screen is displayed and I can not do anything , neither CTRL ALT SUP nor anything I can do, I tried all the tips that I found on the internet, the CHKDSK, MBR, BCD commands without any result.
