black screen after login no explorer.exe sfc cannot fix files, sfcfix log

after login there is black screen ( i could run task manager) no explorer.exe process, cannot run it manually. (0cx0000022 error)

running windows with safe mode -> cmd as admin -> sfc /scannow shows few corrupted files. found sfcfix in brower so after running it i came here for solution.

Please run SFC Scan again, copy CBS.log to your Desktop and attach it. If too big, zip it prior to attaching.
