my english isn't so good but i will try to explain my problem !!

i have windows 7, yesterday i install one game and when i try to run i take this
i look for solution on internet and i run the scannow but i take this

What's interesting is the two jpg files in the archive that are the error messages you
got...

They are corrupted - presumably by whatever you used to generate them ('Lead
Technologies'?)

Google also seems to complain (although that may be my problem since using a
'cleanup tool' rather inadvisedly yesterday!).

Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free version) from Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware FREE - UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM PRO' at the end of the installation - and update it, then run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.

Delete everything it finds
