bad image error - windows 7

I had a bad image error on my windows 7 laptop and I've ran adwcleaner, malwarebytes etc but issue still not resolved. My commonly used programs such as google chrome and panda antivirus have also been compromised.

I will like to solve this issue without reformatting my laptop or losing any data..my assignment is due in a week, please help! Thank you very much.

Otherwise, I suspect that Windows reinstallation will be necessary.
