The latest Autoruns utility now contains VirusTotal integration, which will quickly provide a heuristic diagnosis of any malicious programs running on the user's system.
You can also omit clean VirusTotal entries via Options > Hide Clean VirusTotal Entries.
Please note that the VirusTotal scanning is not enabled by default, and must be enabled manually, by Options > Scan Options > Check VirusTotal.com
