August Cumulative Updates to Windows Server 2022 failing with error 0x8007000d

Greeting to all,
i have been stuck with this error on one of my servers for few days now. after searching i fell on this forum with almost a similar issue but on another file so trying to get help here.
the update has been installed on more than 100 servers so far except one. i tried the DISM healthcheck, scan and repair and tried the sfc /scannow.
tried the troubleshooter with no solution so far.

my CBS log shows a corrupted data on one file (see part of the CBS below). i tried to copy the corrupted file from another server and overwrite the one that corrupted but nothing changed.
any help will be greatly apprectiated.

Ended up using the server 2022 iso. i ran upgrade OS (same version anyway) but went through and downloaded all updates before start. efter around 30 minutes and couple of restarts the server started up with August updates already installed keeping all files and programs.
