Audio Stuttering! Please Help

My audio is stuttering, and it's making my gameplay, Spotify and youtube laggy...

I've tried to uninstall/reinstall audio drivers and it didn't work.
I swear I've been messing with this for some time now and I can't figure it out.

Ran A Latencymon test. Results at the bottom
My biggest worry is trying to many things out of desperation and not being able to figure it out so I thought I'd stop here before I break something lol...

Hardware:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
MSI X570 Gaming Edge Wifi
RX 5700 XT

All up to date drivers. Bios isn't fully updated but this just started happening out of nowhere, it worked fine before
