If so, it should be a minimal driver perhaps without any associated Realtek software. Is there a Realtek item in Apps & Features still or is that gone? Is there a "Driver Date" in the properties for that driver?

Some HDAudioBus.sys ISRs are running a little longer than I'm used to seeing but probably not long enough to cause noticeable audio glitches. The DPCs look good, though. The drivers that come with Windows or through Windows Update are usually very basic. Does the audio quality seem okay?

This video describes how to extract and install the drivers from the cab if you want to give it a try. The download is newer than the one in the video but the steps of extracting and updating the drivers from the cab should be the same. I'm not 100 percent sure they are for your particular audio components but if they aren't it should just tell you that you already have the latest drivers for your system.
