What the title says, the problems started to appear like a couple weeks ago.
I've installed Windows Performance Toolkit and tried to generate a trace, but got an error. Maybe the weird symbos appear because my default language is Russian?
BSOD Collection app ran fine, though. Here's the folder it generated:
zip
Here's the Speccy snapshot:

Don't know why it doesn't recognize my Ryzen R5 3600, AIDA64 detects it properly.
Answers to questions:
1. What the title says, I guess.
2. Windows 10 PRO
3. x64
4. It was a brand new SSD, no OS was pre-installed.
5. Everything is new (bought in March, 2021) except the graphics card, which was borrowed from my father (don't know how old it is)
6. Age of OS installation is the same of hardware
7. I haven't reinstalled the OS
8. I guess it doesn't have a System Manufacturer, since all components were bought separately
9. Desktop
10. No serial number
11. Motherboard is AB350M-HDV
12. CPU is Ryzen 5 3600
13. RAM is Kingston HyperX KHX3200C16D4/8GX. I use the only two slots (I think it doesn't have more?). Ran in dual channel. XMP profile actived.
14. Graphics card is Palit Geforce GTX 1060 3GB.
15. Power supply is Chieftec 600w.
16. I don't really know what driver verifier is, so I guess it's disabled?
17. I use only Windows Defender.
18. I'm not using VPNs or similar software.
19. I'm not using Disk image tools.
20. I'm not over/underclocking ATM, although I have Core Performance Boost option disabled in BIOS. I have Ryzen Master installed, but I use it only to measure temperature on CPU.
