Audio Crackling and popping

So I've just built this computer and I keep getting random spikes that make the audio stutter and computer lag. It's weirdly inconsistent and some days I barely get any crackles.

I think it may be a driver issue but I'm having trouble pinpointing the issue so any help would be appreciated.

Have you updated the Realtek driver yet? or the network driver?

looks like there is also a BIOS update as well.

Updating the realtek drivers made the issue worse somehow and yeah i did the bios update.

I was here seeking an answer to this problem aswell, that's how I found this thread - guess what nobody has one - except some network engineers at Microdollar and they don't seem to want to sort out the issue, obviously sound on machines costing thousands isn't worth their time to sort out.
