So the things I would suggest are: 1/ Run HP Support Assistant and update your Drivers there, even the Intel video drivers. 2/ If that doesn't work, then you will have to download the latest Intel HD 4000 Drivers from Intel, HERE. Then update the Radeon 6370 HERE.
I own a HP Envy M6 and it used to do the same BS.
