[SOLVED] Any help from community tracking IRQL latencies? SOS ♥

Hey community i was wondering if someone can help me to track this IRQL issues on my cpu? i was using the tool In depth test latency and i'm getting high US cpu... on my ryzen build

PC: Specs
Ryzen cpu 5 1600
Motherboard: B350 fatality k4 gaming asrock
Rams: patriot viper 2x4 3200
PSU: 775 thermaltake toughpower

I'm getting high IRQL latencies as mention early, i tried already default oc settings on bios, and bios are updated to last version

But something interesting is that once I boot to windows and open first the in depth test latency i will get latencies of 4us to 7 us in all cpu, but thats only last for 2 seconds.. so its something on windows that is behaving bad that cause my cpu to spike to 135-140 us

And yeah i have like fps problems in some games, and probably because of this cpu issues :(

I still using the Microsoft windows 10 versions which are cracked version :(
I always download windows from Official Site... ISO windows 10, but i just skip the serial, and I don't have the Windows desktop features to improve colors or what so ever, in case if i want to do that i just find a way to crack the license, but i think problem persist anyway, do you really think is because MS License?

Here in Venezuela we are like dying cause of hiper inflation yesterday president up salary from lets say 5.000.000 bolivares to 180.000 over 3000% salary increase, which will end on hiper inflation above 9.000.000 here in Venezuela situation is tough, and my pc specs are thanks to a friend in usa which helped me in 2017 with my ryzen pc cause of playing a game, now is very difficult to bring pc components from outside...

Now if you tell my my problem can fix with a serial code.... i will be like wow... :O

I searched and found this: Windows 10 pro 32 / 64 bits Genuine product code,License key,Activation key | eBay

It costs $4.5, the user is registered since June 2015, he has got 100% positive feedback.
Twelve users put two negatives and ten neutrals in 4519 feedbacks this year, hence two-three users are dissatisfied on a thousand, in average.
Therefore it could be risky (and yet not legal?), anyway.

Is it still too much?

It is not, but with 4.5$ are like 20.000.000 bolivares with that i can at least buy a one pound of meat, +1 pound of rice, but the problem is that my paypal is 0$ cash it seems that my payooner disabled, and paypal freeze my account lol :s

But i will see how i can get that version, cause i used to Download windows genuine with media tool provided by microsoft, but then just the KMS.


Also is weird i have my cpu on 3.4 ghz not throotling and when open in depth test latency i get 150, but once i open a game called Grim Dawn, and minimize and re run te test, i get like 5-6 us in all cpu, whats that? thats like make no sense to me.

Cracked Windows 10 runs most of the time in degraded mode
The validation of Windows 10 is realized once on the servers of Microsoft by a specific ID to the mother-BIOS.etc..
In the case where a reinstallation must be made, the validation is activated automatically thereafter
For this, you need an authentic key
 
I think i found the issue, once I installed any nvidia driver for my EVA GTX 1060 6gb, the IRQL will raise to 130-140, but once again this Windows 1511 is a legal iso from Microsoft Severs, the only thing is that i validated with KMS-PICO which are very safe software with minimal margin of errors....

Looks a test on windows 1511 with KMS pico, not updates, just fresh install, with image restore, only AMD drivers from manufacturer motherboard and AMD site, tried very carefully each drivers individually and restore the image from windows to avoid any registry corruption or what so ever, here you can see i was running all my drivers except the NVIDIA looks 99% cpu usage 5 latency on IRQL thats perfect

Now with the nvidia drivers, i get this!

So i need to pay like 30$ for a legit license even if I use Windows as non commercial? :/
So if go to Linux right now cause is a Free OS and have the same issue, do you guys will help me?
 
Thanks for bring to me the url to rules, but yeah i love to being honest, so would you please recommend me a Linux destro? for my ryzen computer, so I can try? to do the respective test to see if problem continue?
I have a Asrock b350 fatality k4 gaming + cpu 5 ryzen 1600 and EVGA gtx 1060
 
Also i was reading that ryzen first generation may have a bug on something called segfault-bug
hope not have that bug :/ i bought the ryzen cpu 5 1600 in may 5 2017.
 
at the end of the day the OS wasnt the problem , while i was trying to move to LINUX i was reading something the segment fault bug and people say that By disabling SMT+opcache or ASRL will help, my bios only have SMT+Opcache i disabled both, and now look at this :O even with the nvidia driver lol
