Another Windows Server 2022 0x80073701 ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING

I see what I'd consider miracles being performed in this forum, so giving it a shot for my problem:

Windows Server 2022 21H2 build 20348.2322, February cumulative was the only one to successfully install - I've gotten the 0x80073701 error for the March and April cumulative updates, though other updates have installed successfully since the issue started. If I'm reading the CBS logs correctly, the missing assembly it's complaining about every time is Microsoft-Windows-Server-Features-Package02~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.20348.380.e5ee6317fcaf620acc6fac1efcff2b2e

Proactively also including my COMPONENTS hive since that seems to be a very common next ask in these sorts of issues.

Bumping this up with the latest copies of the files... issue is still occurring - same errors with May and now June cumulative updates.

This server is one I run at home for my family, so I only have a very limited amount of time to work on it, and I'd really, really like to avoid having to rebuild it if at all possible. That said, if it's beyond hope and rebuilding is going to be my only option, I'd also like to know that so I can start planning when I'll be able to do that. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide!
