Another "I can't update IE 10 or 11 due to Error 9C59" thread. Help please?

Hi all - I found my way to this site as I have been trying on and off for a year to install IE10 (and now IE11). I still have IE9 and it won't update manually or through Windows Update. Always has error 9c59.

This site seems like it is filled with people who really know what they are doing, unlike many of the threads from other sites where suggestions seem to be made and then they don't work.

I was able to figure out how to run SFC/SCANNOW and then gleaned the SR entries from the CBS log by following instructions on another site. That txt file is attached I hope. I could also attach the full CBS file if necessary.

Can anyone help me get rid of these corruptions so my machine can update itself? I guess IE9 is still fine for me, but I know something is busted in the code in there, and SFC can't seem to fix it on its own.

And I was able to run SURT tool tonight and extract the log file for that too...maybe that will help someone help me! I can read this log file and see that there are a few missing things, but I don't know what to do next or how to fix those items!

Actually use this - I updated my Catalyst Control Center, and re-ran. It appears that the same files are broken, but just in case, this is the latest run

NOW of course after I went and was able to install the newest AMD Catalyst control center, now all of a sudden I am able to load IE 11. I've been trying this for months and months and now it worked. I ran SFC and SURT again and it still appears I have those 5 or 6 corrupt things mentioned in the logs above, but it would seem that those are now not holding up my ability to load IE 11.

So if I have these same 6 errors in SURT, how do I fix them (or do I even need to fix them)? Updating the AMD Catalyst drivers appears to have been what allowed me to load IE 11.

Can someone look at these 6 things (5 are missing DLLs and one is some WINSXS thing whatever that is) and tell me whether it is important that I fix these so my SURT runs clean, or doesn't it matter? Latest SURT log attached. Thanks much for any advice!
