Another Corrupts Components Registry Hive

Hello, this seems like the millionth post which sounds the same, but here goes.

1. Server 2019
2. Windows update would not work with 0x800703f1
3. SFC scannow and CBS logs pointed to a currupt components REG hive,
4. Could not open the HIVE in Regedit.
