I can't seem to update my computer to get the windows 10 app. I am currently runing 8.1 and whenever I try to install updates, it says failed. I was getting a different error code and after a few days online I was able to fix that one and install a few updates. But now I am trying to install KB3035583 and it stops and says "There was a problem downloading updates." the error code is 800703F1.

Norton is installed and up to date

I have tried scanning my computer and I get an error that says "the configuration registry database is corrupted"

Searching online has led me to your site. PLEASE help. I have run your tool (SFXfix) and have a CBS file and a DISM log. Waht do I do now

Please attach SFCFix.txt (on your desktop), C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log, and C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\DISM.log with your reply.
If they are too large to attach, copy the CBS and DISM log to your Desktop, then right click and choose Send To -> Compressed (zipped) Folder, then attach the .zip files or upload them to a file sharing service such as OneDrive, DropBox, or SendSpace.
