Hello. I found this site while searching for a possible reason for a string of failed attempts to apply a specific Windows Update. I was impressed with the patience and skill demonstrated by the person (BrianDrab) providing help in the particular thread I found.
Although I can't imagine ever getting to the point where I could provide advice of the calibre I've seen here, I hope at some point to possibly progress to be a contributing member or moderator. As a working "retiree", I often have time to give, and am already a contributor and moderator on a number of general and tech support forums.
But for now, I'm here because I have a problem that needs solving...
