I have tried all of the Microsoft solutions to this problem. None have worked. I finally found a solution that was posted in your forum but with a warning to not follow the same directions as they only pertain to that case. I am hopeful that you can help me as successfully as you helped the other client that you were able to successfully repair. I have attached the files per the starter instructions SFCFix.txt and CBS.zip. I hope they uploaded correctly. I don't see any indication that I did it correctly or that it worked.
Thanks,
Bob (Adam's dad)

Hi and welcome to Sysnative. Sorry for the delay. If you are still in need of assistance, please do the following.

Step#1 - Gather Info
1. Download SFCFix.exe and save this to your Desktop.
2. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
3. Double click on SFCFix.exe to open it.
4. Follow all on screen instructions and upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop named SFCFix.txt.
5. Please post the contents of this log in your next post. Thank you.

I am still very much in need of assistance. Thank you for replying. I had uploaded the SFCFix.txt with the original post along with the CBS.zip but am very happy to rerun and send again. For now, here is the original text result of SFCFix.txt. Should I rerun the SFCFix.exe again?
Thanks,
Bob

Please do the following.

Remove Old Restore Points/Create New One
1. Download Delfix from here and run it.
2. Make sure that the only thing that is checked is Purge system restore.
3. Click Run.
Note: The program will run for a few moments and then notepad will open with a log. Please paste the log in your next reply.

BrianDrab,

I downloaded and ran the delfix program with the purge system restore as the only option. Following is the log that was created. Some time between the fixes that I was applying, Windows Update ran automatically and among all the newest MS fixes, it also successfully ran KB3032323 so what you had me do successfully allowed this update to work. I am very happy that this worked and I really appreciate that you are having me clean up the damage. Please don't stop having me do the cleanup. I think that its really great that you didn't just stop at curing the problem and continue to help me put this pc in order.

Thank you very, very much,
Bob
