[SOLVED] All "Security Monthly Quality Rollups" fail with code 80092004

Windows 7 updates and monthly rollups are failing to install. A typical system log entry reads as follows:

Windows update "Security Update for Windows (KB4516655)" could not be installed because of error 2148081668 "Cannot find object or property." (Command line: ""C:\Windows\system32\wusa.exe" "C:\Users\ROHBC-Secretary\Downloads\windows6.1-kb4516655-x86_47655670362e023aa10ab856a3bda90aabeacfe6.msu" ")

SFCfix and CBS.zip files are attached.

Any help would be appreciated.

Wow! That was fast. The suggested update was downloaded and installed. Am trying KB4493132 now.
