I am trying to figure out why all images aren't showing in Pegasus email.

I see question marks where images should be.
I was thinking of trying to use Process Monitor to see if there was some program it couldn't fine.
When I tried Process Monitor I couldn't get it to run without errors.
I found this error in Event Viewer:

I do have the file ntoskrnl.exe in C:\Windows\system32.

I do have in the path c:\Windows\system32.

I have done a search in "View Installed Updates" for KB3033929
it didn't find it.
I tried installing the update. it said it was installed.

On one of the question marks I am getting this message when I mouse over the question mark.
Cannot establish a secure download connection!

I know TLS1.2 is working.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

Where is this error message coming from? I assume Pegasus Mail? You're more likely to get an appropriate answer from Pegasus Mail forums rather than here because I certainly don't know anyone which uses their software.

Thanks for the suggestion...

I have been trying to figure this out for years. I have been communicating with the developer of IErenderer which is a plugin that handles the images displayed.

I was hoping to see if someone here would know how to test and determine the security for downloading images in Windows.
I have tested TLS1.2.
I have tested Openssl. I added the folder to the path to make sure it can be found. I installed ver. 3.1.1 windows 64bit but when I try on the cmd line openssl version it shows ver. 1.1.
I have removed expired certificates.

I am open to suggestions.

If you've been trying for years to solve this issue going as far as communicating with the developer of a plugin (workaround) and still no solution? Maybe it's time to move to another client?

I know that's not very helpful, but it might be the right thing to consider.

Edit:
I thought of one more thing. In Outlook, a new sender that hasn't been marked or added to the safe senders list will block pictures similar to this. Does Pegasus have such a function?
