[SOLVED] All Cumulative Updates failing

Updates run and prompt for a reboot, after the reboot there is a message that the update was not able to be installed
I checked the history and it appears that other updates are successful but all Cumulative updates have failed for this server.
I ran the Windows Troublsshootier and DISM with no success
DISM gave an error that the source file was not found Error 0x800f081f

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

Upload the setupapi.dev.log file
  • Open Windows Explorer and browse to the C:\Windows\INF folder.
  • Right-click on the file setupapi.dev.log and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
  • Now the message will appear, "Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?"
  • Click on the Yes button here.

  • Attach the file setupapi.dev.zip in your next reply.

  • Drag the SFCFixScript.txt file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

Afterwards attempt to update again and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS logs as well as the Setupapi.dev.log.
