Hello I have a problem with my computer. My mother bought me an Asus windows 8.1 desktop and a graphics card for Christmas. She bought it off some website called newegg.com and the computer was refurbished. I don't know nothing about computers all I know is just gaming lol. Well the first 2 days since I had the computer I was able to access the start screen just fine. I could even play some games on it such as solitaire. After that idk if I restart or something but all my apps disappeared. I really didn't care about the apps disappearing and just continued living without it. However soon it was hard to do most stuff without accessing the start screen to go to stuff like calculator or the store.
