Read the post right under the first.
Basically it says to use a (fast) webservice like MS OneDrive, Google Drive, DropBox, Box, Mega, Apple iCloud, Amazon Cloud Drive, and so forth...
 
My computer crashed a few times today. No BSOD, but just a straight lock up while rendering a video. The other day, it died in the middle of a recording session. It also will not update with windows update. Just sits there forever and never finds them. If you guys do help me, I will donate. This is my business we're talking about. Thank you!
 
When the computer shutdown without a bsod, it could mean too high voltages (caused by overclocking or high temperatures, maybe caused by failing fans/too much dust inside the machine) or insufficient PSU or other (I don't know what, but there are other causes for sure!).
You might check your machine conditions, while you're waiting for an answer from windows update experts.
Too much dust inside it? Remove it.
Failing fans? Repair or substitute them.
Overclocking? Set defaults.
Insufficient PSU? Start to search a more powerful one.
Has the thermal paste dried on the cpu? Apply a new layer of it.
And so forth.
If you aren't sure on what to do, ask to a more experienced friend or bring your PC to the assistance.

Don't open the PSU! Death danger!

Thank you for the reply! I tracked the BSOD problem to a hardware issue and have since fixed it by removing a piece of hardware and updating a driver. I also got great advice on another forum to just wait for the windows update. I left my computer on overnight last night and windows update found the updates by the morning so I was going nuts for no reason. The corruptions are still there, but the computer is running fine right now. I still want to fix them though, just to make it more stable.

You said to look inside the machine, it's clean, I spray it out with canned air frequently. The fans are working fine. My computer is not overclocked. My tower is a bit cozy, meaning they didn't build it very vented so I can see it getting a little warm even though it has 2 fans. I don't know what PSU paste is, never heard of it. This computer is about 3-4 years old now, so shouldn't it be good? I also shut it down everyday so it doesn't run and run. Who can fix these corruptions or do I even need to fix them?

I think some of your corruptions were caused by WiseCleaner (W.disk cleaner or W.care 365, slimming system function), but they aren't serious errors.
The other (mpcmdrun, msascui.exe, etc.) are instead very serious errors (that's windows defender anti-spyware) and they needs to be fixed, especially if you are using windows defender.
In general, by the way, it's better if you don't get the "found integrity violations" reply when running the MS windows SFC tool (the well known sfc /scannow command).
Hence, wait for windows update experts to fix them with you.

Thank you again! I don't use windows defender, and actually have never heard of it until now. I have microsoft security essentials. I need to have virus protection off due to the nature of how I use this computer. (Mainly recording and video editing). I only downloaded and ran wisecleaner after issues were present, I guess that created more issues instead of helping....whoops!
