Windows 8 will
soon be here, and if you plan to set up a system to be shared by more than one person, you'll want to know how to add and manage user accounts. As with many aspects of the Windows operating system, things have
changed in Windows 8, and you'll have to learn how to get around in the new OS. In
Windows 7 and other prior versions of Windows, you'd simply click on Start, open up the Control Panel, and select the option to manage the user accounts. In
Windows 8, though, there is no Start button, and there's also no direct way to get to the Control Panel.
