Hi,
I recently encountered an issue with my laptop a month ago and I didn't have the time to take a look at it until now. First my product key deactivated and Microsoft won't accept it, the office won't work anymore and would close by itself after a few minutes of use and after scouring the net to find solutions, I ran the /scannow and DISM command which didn't fixed my problem at first because of the network connectivity problems, but I made it work in the end and fixed the corrupted files in my disk.
Now, when my laptop finished restarting, the windows says it's activated but no product key is showing up and I tried reinstalling office afterwards but all I can get is an error 30015-11 (1073741790). Not only that but after checking in again after taking a break from fixing it, I found out that the Activation tab is blank! I can't reactivate my windows even if I want to and I have an OEM Hp Laptop. Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't the windows activate by itself?
Note: I noticed that the Software Protection is not running, and every time I try to start it, it shows "Windows could not start the Software Protection service on Local Computer.
Error 5: Access is denied."
I tried downloading a windows 10 default services and hoped it would solve the issue but nothing's really coming up and I have no idea what to do anymore and I really need the MS Office to work if I want my thesis to be finished!
I hope I'm not breaking any rules with posting this, I'm new to the forums and I am absolutely out of options. Sorry for the long post, everyone. I hope I explained things clearly and excuse the mistakes; I am not a native English speaker. Also, I'm sorry if this is a silly question...Please, any help will be much appreciated! Thank you!
